• Rentals are on a weekly basis, from Saturday to Saturday.

• Minimum stay one week, maximum 4 weeks.

• We do not rent rooms only and we do not rent the house by the day.

• Weekly rental cost is £4200. If you reserve a second week, that week is discounted by 1/3, i.e. £2800.

• To reserve, a deposit of 50% of the total rental is payable online on this website.

• The balance is payable by bank transfer 60 days before arrival.

• Please be aware the property has a swimming pool and steep interior stairways that may not be suitable for elderly people, people with a physical handicap or young children.
